A chance to leave your normal everyday routine behind and experience together the beauty of God’s Ozarks, a working farm and ranch environment, and your special occasion. Whether for a day or a week, we will be pleased to host your group’s get-together. We can provide the facilities, lodging, and natural beauty to make your fellowship a memorable event.

You provide the people, and we provide the facilities to make your gathering a memorable event. Part of the beauty of being together on the Ranch lies in the fact that your group is the main one (or even the exclusive one) using our facilities. You are not in the middle of hundreds of strangers, but instead have the space, uniqueness, and solitude that only a ranch as large as Crystal Creek can convey.

Our houses can accommodate large numbers of people in comfort and companionship, while our Farm Hall can provide an informal air conditioned central area for your group activities. It features a large 30×60 main room that will accommodate up to 100 people for dining or meetings. The main room is decorated with primitives and antiques, and has ample chairs and tables for you to arrange as your needs dictate. There is a kitchen area, indoor game room, and  handicapped accessible restrooms. The Farm Hall may be rented daily and includes  use of the kitchen facilities.

Adjoining the Farm Hall are outdoor areas for volleyball, tetherball, horseshoes, and other games are available.  In addition, rental of any of  our houses allows you and your overnight house guests to be able to fish in our private three and one-half acre lake (catch & release only), as well as use of our paddleboats, canoes, and Roadster pedal cars.

Crystal Creek Spring Farm Hall

Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and sink. We also have available a large coffee maker (40 cup), several five gallon drink coolers, warming trays, and a limited supply of pots, pans and utensils. You will need to provide the rest (paper towels, cups, plates, silverware etc.)

In General:

  • All decorations must be easily removable so as not do damage any of our equipment or buildings. When decorating please do not remove anything already attached to our walls, decks, or buildings.
  • No drug use, loud music, or excessive alcohol. You are responsible for your guests. Large containers of alcohol (kegs, etc) are prohibited. Moderation please in all things.
  • No pets, fireworks, or open fires, other than the group fire pit at the Farm Hall.
  • No smoking in the Ranch House or any other building. Please dispose of butts in the outdoor containers provided.
  • You will be charged for any damages or replacements.
  • Your cleanup must be completed the day of your event, or you will be charged for another day’s rental
  • Activities will conclude at 8 p.m., with cleanup done by 9 p.m.  Later arrangements are available at an additional cost.
  • All decorating of the Main Hall must be done on the day it is rented, anytime after 8 a.m.
