Let Crystal Creek Ranch with its natural beauty add a special touch to your wedding ceremony. Our most popular spot is on the four level “overlook” decks of the Ranch House, with its panoramic view as a backdrop for the joining together of your two lives into one. The information that follows will help assure that your event runs as smoothly and joyfully as possible.

Overlook Ranch House

If you are planning an outside event ( i.e. wedding) for a large number of people ( more than 15) you must rent the Farm Hall along with the house. This will give you a backup area in case of inclement weather, a place to serve food, cake, or refreshment (which is not allowed at the house), and tables and chairs to use for your event. You will need to arrange for transport, return, and cleaning of all tables and chairs moved from the Farm Hall. Also you will need to provide someone to supervise parking. Our maximum group size for use of the outside deck areas is 125 people.

Crystal Creek Spring Farm Hall

Our kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and sink. We also have available a large coffee maker (40 cup), several five gallon drink coolers, warming trays, and a limited supply of pots, pans and utensils. You will need to provide the rest (paper towels, cups, plates, silverware etc.)

In General:

  • All weddings have a flat rate of $500 (this includes the Farm Hall for ONE day), PLUS the cost of two nights at the lodging where the ceremony occurs. (See Rates & Policies for lodging rates.)
  • There will be an additional charge of $150 for use of the tables and chairs anywhere outside of the Farm Hall, plus a $100 security deposit to be refunded when tables and chairs are returned cleaned and undamaged.
  • All decorations must be easily removable so as not to damage any of our equipment or buildings. When decorating please do not remove anything already attached to our walls, decks, or buildings.
  • No drug use, loud music, or excessive alcohol. You are responsible for your guests. Large containers of alcohol (kegs, etc) are prohibited. Moderation please in all things.
  • No pets, fireworks, or open fires, other than the group fire pit at the Farm Hall.
  • No smoking in the Ranch House or any other building. Please dispose of butts in the outdoor containers provided.
  • You will be charged for any damages or replacements.
  • Your cleanup must be completed the day of your event, or you will be charged for another day’s rental
  • Activities will conclude at 8 p.m., with cleanup done by 9 p.m.  Later arrangements are available at an additional cost.
  • All decorating of the Farm Hall must be done on the day it is rented, anytime after 8 a.m.
