As a 501-C-3 tax exempt public charity, we at Crystal Creek Ranch are aware that our ability to continue to operate and expand is due in a large part to your sustained generosity and support of our mission: to present nature to people through the beauty and diversity of the ranch, to provide a place where people can relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with what is truly important, and to make this available free of charge to families facing “difficult times”.

Contributions to Crystal Creek Ranch are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Crystal Creek Ranch is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

What am I (or we, as a group) sponsoring?

• Our outreach programs have a mission of helping people reconnect to their families, friends and God through nature, by offering free “mini vacations” to families coping with challenges in the areas of pediatric oncology, counseling, life threatening illnesses, and the military.
• Your sponsored family will be provided a 2 night 3 day stay at the ranch at no charge to them
• Each family will receive a free adventure pass which includes Ranch Experiences

  • Creeks to Explore
  • Trails to hike
  • Ponds  to fish
  • Paddle boating and canoeing on the lake
  • Barnyard Adventures play area
  • Pedal Cars and Bikes
  • Stargazing
  • Farm Hall Rec Center
  • Farm primitive museum

How does it work?

Through your generous donation

• Sponsor a family of your recommendation:
  • We all know a family that’s going thru hard times–a family that could use a break away from their everyday concerns for a time of enjoyment and reconnection with each other. Supply us with a name and a phone number, and we will contact them about a free mini-vacation. You may choose to remain anonymous if you wish.
• Sponsor a family recommended through, hospitals, counseling centers, military programs and many others.
• You can be a known sponsor/donor or remain anonymous

What does it cost?

• All donations are appreciated and accepted
• On average the cost to sponsor a family is $250.00
• You can choose to sponsor more than one family
• You can sponsor more than one year
• This can be tax deductible

Are there other ways to donate?

Yes, in order to keep the ranch running there are more areas to donate to:

• You can donate funds to feed the animals
• Funds to hire help during the busy seasons for housekeeping
• Come stay at the ranch as a paid guest in one of our unique lodging experiences
