Old Red Barn

Nestled in the woods sits the Old Red Barn, originally built in the 1960’s for use as a milking barn for cows. The Old Red Barn is a mixture of history and information on a dairy operation in this era, as well as a modern lodging facility designed with your comfort in mind. The Old Red Barn was completely redone from the walls inward, while maintaining its original feel with post and beam construction, along with rough pine board siding. Old metal rescued from other outbuildings is used inside as accents in the various rooms. It maintains the feel of country with its mixture of comfort and history with old artifacts and info of days gone by. Sit on the porch and view ranch farm facilities and the small animals’ interaction in the valley below.
